  • Purpose of equipment and additional information:

    Equipment allows a performance of surface analyses (identification of wear mechanisms, surface's conditions and chemical composition of spacimens) for all types of specimens (electrically conductive and non-conductive) at magnifications 5x-300.000x. Low vacuum mode also enables to perform analyses on samples contaminated with oil.
