Current student projects:
  • the construction of an unmanned aircraft, with which the students participate in the Design/Build/Fly competition in America,
  • the construction of the world's first autonomous sailboat that will cross the Atlantic on its own (Microtransat International Challenge),
  • production of a racing car as part of the Formula Student project.

Participation in industrial projects

The laboratories of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering connect with industry through industrial projects in which students also participate. One of the most important industrial projects was the production of a wind tunnel model, on the basis of which a wind tunnel in the Nordic Center Planica was built. Use the possibilities of the laboratories and take part in projects and gain valuable experience during your studies.
